Introduction

The intelligent broadcast station integrated management platform enables fully automated management of broadcast transmission operations. Designed for “unattended” operation, it leverages big data sensors, local/cloud hybrid deployment, secure storage, and data encryption to provide automatic control and supervision of medium-wave, short-wave, and FM transmission systems.

Signal Monitoring

Real-time automatic monitoring and control of primary open-circuit signals for MW and FM broadcasting.

Transmission Link Monitoring

End-to-end supervision of the entire signal chain, including power-off and passthrough capabilities. Remotely control switchers, processors, and other link equipment while viewing real-time operational status.

Graphical simulation of link states with audio information overlay for current nodes, enabling comprehensive monitoring and automated responses.

Transmitter Monitoring

Supports 1+1 automatic switching and scheduled on/off for FM and MW transmitters.

Monitors key parameters including transmission power, reflected power, VSWR, operating voltage, and current. Visualizes signal amplitude, triggers alarms for out-of-range values, and executes predefined control actions.

Power Monitoring

Real-time monitoring of power supply conditions (voltage, current, phase loss) in the equipment room. Tracks generator sets, voltage regulators, UPS, and distribution cabinets. Alarms and records anomalies such as overload, undervoltage, and phase loss.

Environmental Monitoring

Multi-point monitoring of temperature, humidity, smoke, water immersion, etc. Triggers alarms and control actions based on predefined thresholds, and integrates with HVAC and dehumidifiers for automated environmental management.

Data Acquisition

Non-intrusive acquisition of transmitter data via dedicated controllers, preserving original data formats.

Each controller features an independent microprocessor for local storage, analysis, and transmission of collected data to the central host.

Alarm Management

Multi-modal alarms including on-screen, audible, visual, and SMS notifications. Configurable alarm thresholds and comprehensive query functions allow users to quickly locate relevant information. Abnormal events are automatically retained for over one year.

Data Management

Powerful data query and statistical capabilities.

Continuous recording of all monitored parameters; flexible filtering and querying by multiple criteria ensure rapid access to required data.

Generates historical trend charts (daily/weekly/monthly/seasonal/yearly) for key equipment parameters, facilitating performance analysis and predictive maintenance.
